Real Estate Law

D. Alexander Baker provides mortgage foreclosure advice involving both residential and commercial real estate.

Whether it is general foreclosure advice provided via his 30-minute foreclosure clinic (see below), or more extensive, fact-specific advice provided during a consultation, Alex Baker is a reliable source of information to guide you through the foreclosure process.

Foreclosure Clinics

Alex Baker offers private 30-minute foreclosure clinics for real estate owners facing the loss of their property. The clinics are scheduled on Tuesday afternoons between 3:00 and 5:00.

For a $50 fee, participants gain an overview of the foreclosure process and certain anti-deficiency protections that may apply to their situation.

For many property owners, the 30-minute clinic is a valuable starting point to determine whether foreclosure is a viable and appropriate option and how to prepare for it. If clinic participants wish to schedule a more extensive legal consultation to discuss the complexities of their case, the $50 clinic fee will be applied to the cost of the follow-up consultation.

To schedule a 30-minute clinic, contact Alex Baker at 480-947-1911 or by email.
