Arizona commercial litigation and corporate lawyer Bill Klain represents clients in business, intentional tort and negligence litigation, and in the formation of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.

Bill, a three-time Super Lawyers® selectee in business litigation, chaired the State Bar of Arizona’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee from 2011 to 2014, is the State Bar’s representative to the Arizona Judicial Council’s Committee on Superior Court, and is an appointed member of three Arizona Supreme Court committees: Advisory Committee on Rules of Evidence, Civil Rules of Procedure for Limited Jurisdiction Courts, and Business Court Advisory Committee.
